Rodal walked with us to music this morning; she's in our class now! Anyhow, we sat behind Moshe and John since it was kind of full in their row and it was all empty right behind them so it worked out pretty well lol.
Then right before the lecture started, this super enthusiastic Australian guy was advertising something and I have no idea what he even said, but he sounded so cool with his accent! LOL.
That jackass Ken deliberately blocked my face at the last moment lol. After the lecture, I guess John and Moshe were talking about hanging out, and suddenly I look up and Moshe's mom is right there in the row in front of us looking very concerned and it takes John a second to realize it too. And we were just like 'lol she's probably gonna tell Moshe to never talk to us again,' but then John seemed kind of bummed so I didn't push it too much. He introduced himself to her when he realized it was his mom, and I don't think he came off as a bad guy, but I dunno. I guess it does look shady, a lot of college kids hanging out with a 12-year old lol.I went back to my room after lunch (I had chicken pot pie for the first time!) and took a nap for the first time since I've been at UCLA. It was nice; I had this weird dream about superheroes and something about my voice materializing as a floating, glowing orb on a shoe lol.
I had my first tutoring session at Covel today; my person's name is Shashank (I think Kent would've gotten a kick out of that lol; maybe I'll tell him someday). He was really nice but I felt so bad for him cuhs he seemed a little nervous and he wasn't particularly articulate with his explanations, and many times the tutees seemed to know more than he did about the subject. Even so, I did get some questions about the homework cleared up, even if it was mostly from the other students. That Nina girl was in my group too lol.
For dinner I grabbed some Cafe 1919 with Brianna for the first time; I had a Panini for the first time and it was pretty good! 8D Today's just a day of firsts for everything hahah. Anyhow, I was taking a picture of the menu, and the lady at the register saw me and told me I could just take the menu since they had plenty. So I did. But I took a picture anyway once I got back to my room for the blog's sake hahah.
♥Watched Glee with the girls and asdf omg, that kid who plays Kurt as a kid freaking looks exactly like him! I almost cried at that last scene with Kurt and his Dad. (`: Anyhow, afterwards I just hung out in the guys' room next door for a while; it helps me keep my mind off things. Peter and Shafin played guitar, and afterwards we all played some Egyptian War and I annihilated. Hell yeah.
