I went to work and Felipe was all excited cuhs he finally remembered to bring his Percy Jackson DVD for me hahaha. He promised to let me borrow it like three weeks ago!

Anyway, it's the last week at work, and apparently one of Ricardo's kids gave him this box of chocolates (which is so STUPID! Why don't I ever have the kids who give gifts? D8) and he was all showing it off. Well, next thing you know, Ines is running around the deck of the pool with the chocolates tucked under her arm, chased by Ricardo. And then she's on the island, and Ricardo's right about to catch up to her, and she chucks the chocolates into the pool! LOL. Omg we were all laughing so hard. Ricardo jumped in after them, which I thought was hilarious since half the time on boat week he won't even get in the damn water to teach.

So Tiffany's finally back in town, and after I got home from work, we went over to Jen's house to hang out. (x

... And we grabbed some snacks along the way. We spent a long time trying to figure out which ice cream to buy, and I suggested the Fried Ice Cream flavor, since I've always wanted to try it, even though I realize it can't be like the actual fried ice cream for obvious reasons lol. It's really really cinnamon-y lol.

I also brought over Felipe's Percy Jackson DVD (which also has a blu-ray disc) since Jen can play blu-ray on her PS3! 8D The lead guy looks like Zac Efron lol.

It was actually not as horrible as I thought it'd be lol (granted it wasn't nearly as good as Felipe said it was but yeah haha). The best scene, in my opinion, was the Medusa scene with Uma Thurman; her awesome acting just upped the film's quality that much. It was really predictable in a lot of parts though; we were guessing out loud what we thought would happen next haha. Actually, I think it was partly our commentary that made it so enjoyable for me.

Annabeth girl in movie: Something something something Homeland Security.
Jen: If she's never been outside, how does she know about Homeland Security?
Me: ... Plot hole!

Hahah so yeah we pretty much just spent half the time calling out plot holes.

And then in the bonus features there was this quiz to see which God may potentially be your parent (lol) and it was also really predictable. We tried a few combinations and only managed to get Poseidon, Athena, and Hermes. =P

I just saw this on a table, and I thought it was cute and I showed Tiffany. 8D

Tiffany: Aaawh, I wonder if I have a picture like that.
Me: I do, but Jennifer Leung's on the other side of Jen. ... You think she cut her out?
Tiffany: LOL.
Me: Maybe that's why Jen's so close to the edge of the frame there! Hahahaha
