We went to Del Amo to watch Inception at 10:05, so when we got there around 9:30-ish, there was like. No one there lol. It was amazing. Also, apparently the mall only opens around 10am, so Wetzel's Pretzels was closed and we were too lazy to wait around. O':
OMG MY MIND WAS BLOWN. It was just so good and so interesting, the concept and everything. I was sitting next to Jennifer though, so that definitely took away from my experience lol. Like, an hour into the movie, she nudged me and said "Omg that's the guy from 500 Days of Summer!" and I was like "... Yeah I know." And then she kept giggling because one of the characters' names was Mal, and she kept thinking "maul," like. A bear mauling you.
And then I was hungry, so we went over to Japan Kitchen since Jasmyne was working, and I got the Chicken Cutlet (which I found out was the Americanized name for Chicken Katsu hahah).
It was pretty good, but Jen just said that it was pretty hard to mess up katsu lol.Naomi came over around 2:30-ish, and her hair's gone too! Hahah, it's like up to her chin now. Last time we both drastically cut our hair it was around the same time too lol.
Then I went home to grab my swim stuff (and took a slight detour to take Uncle and my aunt to Grandma's) and we all messed around in Tiffany's pool. I tried to tan again, but it was really windy and I got cold hahaha. We all ended up huddling by the water jet thing lol.
Naomi started playing piano and then Jennifer started "playing along" (it was terrible), and then Naomi tried teaching her a little and it took a long time for Jen to pick up anything haha.
And then I tried teaching her "Heart and Soul," and then "Chopsticks," (it's funny cuhs Naomi and I are wearing almost the same clothes lol), and it took Jen just as long to pick anything up from me, and I kept yelling at her, but I think I managed to drill it in. :`D
... And then we went to Ralphs to grab some alfredo ingredients (at my insistence) and migrated to Jen's house to make it. 8D The mushrooms were on sale!
That movie The Box was on, and I remember the trailer really caught my interest back when it was in theaters, so we started watching it. And. It was just really terrible. Really terrible. It got really supernatural, and it has a really depressing ending with the guy having to choose between his wife's life and his son, whose sight and hearing has been taken away because of their choices, and yeah. Just really depressing and bad. -.-;
The alfredo was great. ♥ I think I put too much soy sauce in the mushrooms though hahah.
