You know, I really love having a big(ger) family. I love how no matter what room you're in, there's always someone to talk to. I love how there's always at least two, sometimes three, people in the kitchen chopping things up and cooking dishes. I love how there's enough of us now that we'll sit around a table and eat. I love how ordinary things feel so new and refreshing now. I love how fun playing cards has become. I love how I'm never bored anymore even though all I'm really doing is staying home. I love how lively it is now.

Uncle made these spicy noodles. Really spicy. e____e

And then in the afternoon we were gonna go to the San Pedro pier, so Eva and I were doing our makeup, and Mom got all happy and started taking all these pictures.

We got some ice cream (at my suggestion lol). It ended up getting all melted and sticky and messy. Anyhow, we saw this girl all dressed up, so like tourists, we asked to take a picture. God she looks so out of it lol.

There were people getting married! Personally, I would hate to get married here. I mean, it's a public place! It's like getting married in the park; all sorts of people can just come in. But I guess it's cheap?

Uncle got all excited about this helicopter that was giving rides and waited for it to land to take pictures and stuff lol.

We went around and looked at the food they were serving, and the relatives were terrified by the quantities they were served in lol.

Then we drove over to a different area, and there was this huge gathering of people, and Mom said it was some concert, and I got all excited and went over to see if it was someone I knew. But it turned out to be this "Shakespeare by the Sea" thing, and I guess it's some local band.

And then we went over to the Korean temple on the hill; there were all these military people and tanks, and they said Mom couldn't park in that area, so she just dropped us off and circled the area. We all took turns posing with these faces lol.

Afterwards we went home, and I went to pick up Grandma and Grandpa and drive them over for dinner.

And then I suddenly remembered my BruinCard, so I asked Mom to take a picture for me. And then when I went online to look up information, I found out I'm supposed to send in my picture at least five weeks before my orientation date, which for me is in two weeks, so that means I should have sent this in three weeks ago. D8 It also I'd receive my card one to two weeks before orientation in the mail, and that I needed to bring it to orientation. ... But then I saw this other part where it said "... otherwise, your card will be ready for you at orientation" so I should be good. I think.
After dinner I drove the grandparents home, and Uncle came with me. He helped them back up to their room, and while I was waiting in the car Bohemian Rhapsody came on. The first time I heard that song was way back when Jennifer linked me to
this video (I haven't seen it in years; it seemed a lot funnier back then lol ... ) so this song has a special place in my heart. (8 Anyhow, when Uncle got back, he turned the volume way up (he says that's the right way to listen to music) and said that back then they didn't have access to much American music, and so he listened to this song a lot.
