I was really hungry during work today (it was a looong five and a half hours), and I started thinking about cake. So after work I went over to Ralphs and bought some carrot cake mix and cream cheese frosting (it was originally chocolate cake and strawberry frosting in my head, but it changed as I drove over lol).
It was seriously so easy to make! Three eggs, cup of water, half cup of vegetable oil (we only had canola, but Mom said it was the same lol), and mix. My aunt mixed it for me cuhs I hadn't eaten yet. Anyhow, the whole thing probably took 5-10 minutes to prepare, and then we baked it for half an hour. It turned out really good! I might've taken it out of the oven too soon though, cuhs the cake was reeeally loose, but whatever. The relatives said it was super sweet, but Mom said that's how all American cakes were lol.
I called Kent over to try the cake and he kept making weird faces while I took pictures lol. Eeeeew you can see the cake in his mouth hahaha. Afterwards we all played some Ghetto Pusoi; I won two rounds and got 40 or so points and let Kent sub in for me. And he lost half my points. |: I don't care what he says, he lost by himself and not from me "interfering" lol.
