Mas was talking to us about torque (I think), and he was going to do a demonstration with his favorite mug, a pencil, and a box of matches; when he got the matches we were all like ... whoa there Mas! And we said something about him burning the building down and killing us all. And then Mas said something along the lines of that he'd blame it on us, and that he just stepped outside for a second and we burned the whole place down. Hahah idek, it was really funny when he said it. xD So basically, he tied one end of a string to the mug, and one end to the box of matches, and he held it all about five feet off the ground, and held the end with the matches, and had the string on the other end slinging over the pencil. And then he asked us if he let go of the matches, if we thought the box of matches would spin around the pencil fast enough so that the mug wouldn't fall on the floor and break. And we were all like ... uhhhhh are you sure you want to do this Mas? And then he let go and the box of matches went spinning around the pencil and the mug stopped about a foot above the ground! ... And then it was too heavy and the matches slipped and the mug fell on the ground (but it didn't break) LOL. We were all pretty impressed, but he said that he's done it in the past, and he's broken a lot of mugs before. xD;
